Do I pay per user?

No. You can have as many users as you like, free of charge.

Are there different types of users?

Yes. You can have various types of users: Account Administrators and General Users. Account Administrators can edit registers, delete items and change account settings. General Users can add comments and notes, but cannot delete items or change account settings. General users can also receive permission to modify specific facilities, registers or areas.

What are facilities, registers and how do they work?

A facility should represent an operation you have; under each facility you can have three things:

• 1 Checklists
• 2 Legal Registers (requires EHS Tracker)
• 3 Relevant documents such as permits, certificates of approvals, corporate standards and other items. (requires EHS Tracker)

Where is the data hosted?

The entire site is located on our secure servers, backed up every day. You access the site with usernames and passwords. We do not offer installations on local intranets – this is to lower our management costs and offer you a better value proposition.

Can I change plans at any time?

You bet. Simply click on the Account link in your account and you can upgrade or downgrade accounts.

What about my data?

It is your data. You can export your legal register and other data at anytime.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and automated Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as well as cheques issued following an invoice with a P.O.

Do you offer discounts for long-term engagements?

Yes. The amount varies with the contract and plan, contact usto discuss the possibilities.
