Nimonik Inc., an environmental information resource company, is currently seeking to partner with established environmental firms and individuals. The objective is to put superior environmental compliance management tools and consulting expertise to work in the marketplace. Our centerpiece product, Nimonik.ca, is an established web-based information and management tool for Canadian environmental compliance, used across Canada by prominent industries and institutional organizations since 2004. Nimonik offers a continuously updated information source that environmental managers can consult, and work with, to get answers to questions about environmental requirements.

Alongside plain language guidance and timely bulletins on ongoing changes in environmental law, Nimonik provides unique opportunities for interaction on requirements among members of its user community through discussion forums. Nimonik.ca also supports organizations to build and host registers of legal and other requirements, a key requirement under ISO 14001 (4.3.2).

Our legal register tools provide a workplace for consultants to add value to their clients’ data. Consultants, lawyers, and members can quickly build a legal register by selecting the items of concern to their client, for example “Air Emissions Reporting Requirements”, and we identify the relevant legislation. The consultant can than add comments on the items, links to permits, studies or internal procedures and the client has created a legal register that we can maintain.

How the Program Works

Environmental Consultants

Our clients need you. As a consultant you have the confidence and trust of your client. Nimonik and our team are there to support and complement consultants by adding value to the services you deliver. By signing up to Nimonik.ca, clients stay on top of their environmental obligations, without having to incur expensive lawyers’ fees. For all substantive advice (e.g., permitting, impact assessments, application of the law to environmental aspects) they continue to work with their environmental consultants and lawyers.

Consultants have a lot to gain from joining the affiliate program.

1. Once you have built a legal register for a client, we will work with you to integrate it with our system. Through Nimonik, you will then be able to communicate with your client.
2. You can contribute articles, case studies and best practices to our database of environmental information. We will also shoot a short 3 minute video with you about an environmental issue that impacts one of your client’s business.
3. Earn a 35% commission on first year revenue of any client you refer to Nimonik. This can amount to anywhere between $ 200 and $ 6 000.
