Nimonik has a strong team of software developers and legal experts who ensure the success of the site. Nimonik was started by ÉEM inc., a firm of environment health and safety (EHS) management consultants based in Montreal with industry and government clients in Canada and abroad. Today Nimonik is run as a separate company, but maintains a partnership with ÉEM inc.

NimonikApp.ca has common topics (such as air emissions and hazardous waste) and subtopics (such as storage, approvals and disposal) which address environmental legal issues. In NimonikApp.ca, the text of each legal concern describes the requirement in plain language and provides links to the current legislation, found within the database.
Our partners at ÉEM can work with your organization to map out your environmental aspects and impacts. Your organization then has a reliable link between your activities and the legislation; allowing NimonikApp.ca to serve as an authoritative information source on legal requirements.
